#2   Go to this KIDS CLUB page each month
#3   Print out the monthly puzzle, save them in your Chamberlain folder
#4   Bring in your solved puzzles and your CLUB PASS at your 6 month
       checkups to collect your prize and get your CLUB PASS stamped!

Get 1 stamp for every puzzle you bring in
